The partnership with NRS Media on the AD!mpact programme in 2006 certainly stimulated the market into action, during a period when trading had deteriorated to its lowest for some time. Apart from the substantial revenue gains, which in Cardiff’s case exceeded £600k, the training and mentorship supplied by NRS Media throughout the programme gave our sales people a new perspective on our business making them stronger, more confident individuals.
